**CT PTU TUTORIAL - Essence of Beauty**

*This tutorial is written by me using Photoshop CS6 but any version will work.
Any similarity to any other tut is coincidental.*

Supplies:
Tube of choice. I'm using the artwork of Verymany.
You must purchase a license to be able to use their work.
You may do that at VMT store.
Kit of choice. I'm using PTU kit 'Eastern Promise'
by Kissing Kate. You can find it HERE.
Mask of choice - WSL_Mask286
Font of choice - Falling In Love

Let's get started...
Open new canvas 600x600.
From the kit past Frame 2 and place it at the center, with Drop Shadow -
Opacity 35%, Angle -160, Distance 5 and Size 5. Click on the background
layer and past Paper 1, resize it to be smaller and remove the paper
extras. On it add close up tube and Create Clipping Mask. Set tube
Blend Mode to Linear Dodge (Add). Click on the frame layer then. On it
place Frame 1, rotate a little and shadow. Now go under that layer and click
on the Frame 2 layer. Past Element 19, rotate and place at the top right,
shadow. Make a copy of it, rotate and place at the bottom right. Now go
up to the layer Frame 1 and click on it. Inside of the frames add Element 9,
rotate and shadow. At the frame bottom, lil right from the center, place
Element 18. At the frame right side past Element 37, shadow. At the same
side, but more to the top place Element 5, shadow. On it add Elements 8,
35 and 64 with shadow on all. Now at the left frame side, lil more to the
bottom, past Element 51 with shadow. On it add Elements 51, 28, 19(x2), 62,
9(x2) and 8 with shadow on all. At the bottom of those place Element 2,
shadow. At the end add Element 16 at the top side, lil more to the right
from center. Now we'll recolor tube.
Tube recolor:
Open tube file and turn off all the layers but the main one 'girl'. Make
a copy of it and Add layer mask on the copy. Turf off the original tube
layer and click on the layer mask. Select Eraser Tool and from the tube
remove everything but the necklace and two bracelets. Use color white
to erase or color black to undo it. when u finish with that add Color
Overlay - Brend Mode on Color and color brown (#553513) and turn back
on original tube layer. Turn on layer 'dress_1' and add Color Overlay with
color #007649 and Blend Mode set on Color. Turn on layer 'dress_2' and
make a copy of it. Move copy layer above layer 'dress_3' and turn it off.
For the original dress_2 layer add Color Overlay with color #1a8356 and
Blend Mode set on Color. For that layer set general Blend Mode on Multiply.
Turn on layer 'dress_3' and Color Overlay with color #83266c and Blend Mode
on Color. Add Layer Mask on that layer and click on the mask. Click on the
Gradient Tool now. It should be set the same as mine on the photo below.
Now when u set it that way make a horizontal line from the tube back till
the bottom or how every you want, try few different directions to see what
you like. You'll get that blend mode of colors. At the end turn on copy
of the layers 'dress_2' and add Color Overlay with color #711a8c and Blend
Mode on Color. Also for that layer set general Blend Mode to Multiply
and Create Clipping Mask. Select all layers that are turn on and group
them or Convert to Smart Object.
We'r done with recoloring and now we can add tube to our tag canvas.
Just move it there and place at the left side, resize. Make a copy
of it. For the original tube layer add Filter: Paint Daubs - Brush Size 1,
Sharpness 1 and Brush Type on Simple. Add Drop Shadow with Opacity on
55%. For the copy tube layer add Filter: Gaussian Blur 5,0 pix and
set Blend Mode to overlay with Opacity on 30%. Then go to the background
layer. Create new layer and use soft brush to create shadow under
the tube and elements at the bottom, color black.

Now let's add mask:
Open your mask as new image.
Mask layer will be called 'Background' and will be locked.
Double click on same layer, press OK. Layer name will be 'Layer 0'.
Add a new layer above it and flood fill with color of choice,
or use a paper from kit. I use Paper 3.
Click on mask layer and hold CTRL+A to Select All, CTRL+C to Copy.
Click on the paper layer, hit Q to turn on Quick Mask mode.
CTRL+V to paste the mask. It should now be kinda red.
Hit Q to turn off Quick Mask mode
and there should be shown selection on your canvas.
Hit the Add Layer Mask.
On paper layer, right click and Convert to Smart Object.
Right click again and Rasterize Layer.
Drag completed mask to your tag canvas as the bottom layer.
Resize it if needed.

Add proper copyright and your name on tag.

Hide or delete bottom 'Background' layer. And save your tag as .PNG file.
That's it! Thank you for reading. I would love to see any tags made with this tutorial. You can past the link here as comment or send them to me on al3x_v@ymail.com
