CT tag featuring new gorgeous ''Kisses To Heaven'' PTU Scrap Kit from Dees'Sign Depot. I used one of the Cluster Frames from Cluster Frames Pack and elements from the matching kit. but this cutie matched this kit perfectly. Here I used one of the Element Clusters and Scrap Kit.
