Supplies:

Tube of your choice.

I am using the artwork of Alex Prihodko.

You must purchase a license to use his art. You may do so HERE.

The kit is a PTU by Lila's Design  Called "Midnight flower".

Mask of your choice. I am using mask by Moonbeams & Spiderwebs, mask 45. Download it HERE

Open a new canvas 600 x 600.

From the kit paste frame ( element 44) on your canvas, place it on the middle, reduce/resize if needed.

Double click on 'Lilas(44)' layer and add a drop shadow. Set opacity on 50%. Click OK.

Paste underneath the frame paper as new layer, doesn't matter which one paper,

later we will place tube inside the frame.

With Magic Wand tool click inside of the frame, make sure Frame layer is selected.

Now click on Paper layer and move your cursor over selected area,

RIGHT CLICK > LAYER VIA COPY.

Now you will see new layer, above original paper layer, delete original paper layer.

As you can see paper is only inside the frame. Open tube and drag it on canvas you are wroking on.

Duplicate tube. Click on tube layer > RIGHT CLICK > DUPLICATE.

Hide tube copy layer (We will work with this layer later).

Place your tube as you wish. Hold CTRL + T and you will get transform tool. Reduce selected tube.

Add a Drop Shadow to tube. Set opacity on 50%.

Now we are gonna add some effects on tube,click on IMAGE > ADJUSTMENTS > BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST > BRIGHTNESS 10, CONTRAST 100.

Click OK. Now unhide TUBE COPY layer and place it underneath frame layer.

Reduce tube for a bit, 10%.

Set layer opacity on 50-70%, with MOVE TOOL move tube copy layer and

place girl's face nicely inside the frame.

Click on frame layer and again, with Magic Wand tool click inside of the frame,

than click on  tube copy layer, move your cursor over selected area,

RIGHT CLICK > LAYER VIA COPY. You will see new layer above tube copy layer,

delete tube copy layer. Now girl's face is only inside the frame.

Add some effect on her, click on IMAGE > ADJUSTMENTS > BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST > BRIGHTNESS 0, CONTRAST 60.

Now add elements. Add Drop Shadow as you paste elements. Set shadow opacity on 50% everytime.

Let's add mask on your taggie.

Open your mask as new image. Mask layer will be called 'Background' and will be locked. Double click on same layer, press OK. Layer name will be 'Layer 0'.

Click on tab IMAGE > MODE > RGB COLOR (--Mask is saved as grayscale image--).

Add a new layer above it, and flood fill with color of choice, or use a paper from kit .

 I have used paper number 7.

Click on mask layer and hold CTRL+A to Select All, CTRL+C to Copy.

Click on the paper layer, hit Q to turn on Quick Mask mode.

CTRL+V to paste the mask. It should now be kinda red.

Hit Q to turn off Quick Mask mode and there should be shown selection on your canvas.

Hit the Add Layer Mask button at the bottom of the layer palette (rectangle with circle in it).

On paper layer RIGHT CLICK > CONVERT TO SMART OBJECT

On paper layer RIGHT CLICK > RASTERIZE LAYER

Drag completed mask to your tag canvas as the bottom layer. Resize it if needed.

Add proper copyright and your name on tag.

Hide or delete bottom 'Background' layer. And save your tag as .PNG.
