**CT PTU TUTORIAL - Unforgettable Christmas**

*This tutorial is written by me using Photoshop CS6 but any version will work.
Any similarity to any other tut is coincidental.*

Supplies:
Tube of choice. I'm using the artwork of Verymany.
You must purchase a license to be able to use her work.
You may do that at PFD store.
Kit of choice. I'm using PTU kit 'Christmas Fairy'
by Tiny Turtle Designs. You can find it HERE.
Template of choice. DD_CDO_Exclusive_UIEW
Mask of Choice. DD_WinterMask_12

Let's get started...
Open template. Hide or delete 'info' layer. Do the same with layers
'clear bulb' and 'bulb shadow'. Select all wordart layers and move
them down at the canvas bottom. Move 'stars' layer little up and left,
but just a little. On it place Paper #24, resize to be smaller and
Create Clipping Mask. Click on the last layer 'green square' and place
close up tube on it. Rotate a tube a little so only eyes are showing.
Use filter or effect of choice. Under it, in the left top corner, add
Element #38, resize and Flip Horizontal. Click on the 'red circle'
layer. From the kit past Paper #1 and Create Clipping Mask. For the
layer 'white rectangle' create mask using Paper #13. Then create mask
for the layer 'green oval' using Paper #27. Click 'overlay' layer.
From the kit past Element #28 and place it on little more to the left
from the center with Drop Shadow, Opacity 40%. On the right side place
Element #199, shadow. Above it add Element #37, no shadow. Between the
first teo elements place Element #163. Using Eraser Tool remove the
branch at the top, add Shadow with Opacity on 50%. On the bottom left
side place Element #185, shadow on 40%. Cover the bottom of template
with Element #162, resize it to fit and shadow. On the right side add
Element #100 with shadow. Next to it place Element #80, shadow. Then
next to it place Element #187, shadow. Add Element #185 then on the
right side, shadow on 40%. Now past full size tube and place it on
all that. Use filter ot effect on the tube and add Drop Shadow on 50%.
On the tube, all the way, place few copies of Elements #166 and #167.
Then select all of them and Convert to Smart Object. Add Drop Shadow,
Opacity 40% then. Now place Element #169, Flip Horizontal and shadow.
Next to it add Element #32 with shadow. Click on the 'unforgetable
black' layer and then Create Clipping Mask using Paper #27. Then for
the layer 'in every way black' create mask with Paper #28.

Now let's add mask:
Open your mask as new image.
Mask layer will be called 'Background' and will be locked.
Double click on same layer, press OK. Layer name will be 'Layer 0'.
Add a new layer above it and flood fill with color of choice,
or use a paper from kit . I use Paper #28.
Click on mask layer and hold CTRL+A to Select All, CTRL+C to Copy.
Click on the paper layer, hit Q to turn on Quick Mask mode.
CTRL+V to paste the mask. It should now be kinda red.
Hit Q to turn off Quick Mask mode
and there should be shown selection on your canvas.
Hit the Add Layer Mask.
On paper layer, right click and Convert to Smart Object.
Right click again and Rasterize Layer.
Drag completed mask to your tag canvas as the bottom layer.
Resize it if needed.

Add proper copyright and your name on tag.

Hide or delete bottom 'Background' layer. And save your tag as .PNG file.
That's it! Thank you for reading. I would love to see any tags made with this tutorial.
